My first request was to remove my Hive thermostat ready to reinstall into my new property, which he was very helpful and worked around my moving schedule to complete. I've since had him back to fix an unexpected burst pipe, which he went out of his way to fix on his day off. Then three other instances to fit two new radiators and a new boiler. Each time Jamie has been very reasonably priced and professional. I will continue to use JSM for the foreseeable and recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced hard worker that you can trust.”

Very competitive price compared to the other quotes we received and talked us through all of our options and requirements to help recommend a boiler.
Also installed 2 radiators for us as separate jobs, all very neat, the pipework looks great and again, zero mess left.

Jamie stepped in and within 24 hours he was on site running all the first fix pipework. He's just been back to do the second fix, including re-routing a gas pipe that our builder hadn't flagged up, and fitting extra radiators.
Despite being told how much the previous heating company had quoted, he priced the job fairly and LOWER – including all the extra work!
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending JSM Heating to anyone on MyBuilder, and they will now be the first company I call for any similar work. Thanks again Jamie.”

I recently had an air source heat pump installed by Jamie and Garry from JSM Heating Services Ltd, working on behalf of E.ON Next. Before the installation I was slightly concerned because, although their reviews were positive, none of them specifically mentioned air source heat pump work. I needn’t have worried — they were excellent from start to finish.
They replaced or added radiators in every room, removed the entire old heating system, and installed the new Vaillant ASHP setup with real care. The pipework is extremely neat, and the whole installation looks clean, tidy, and professionally finished.
Jamie and Garry worked efficiently and clearly knew what they were doing. They coordinated well, kept everything organised, and had the full system installed and running by day 4 of the 5‑day schedule, which is impressive for a job of this scale.
I was also reassured to learn that both engineers had completed the Heat Geek training, which shows in the quality of their work and their understanding of low‑temperature system design.
The system is now running and producing hot water exactly as expected. Apart from a quick test, I won’t know how well it heats the house until the autumn, but based on the standard of the installation, I’m very confident.
Overall, Jamie and Garry delivered a high‑quality air source heat pump installation, and I’m very happy to recommend them.”

Boiler worked perfectly and has done so for nearly a year now.
